The practical maximum depends on your device's available RAM and browser memory limits. Files up to 100MB process smoothly on most modern devices. Very large files (300MB+) may require more time and memory. For best results with large files, ensure other tabs are closed to free up browser memory.

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Privacy. Your account, saved preferences, and processing history will be permanently deleted. Since your files are never stored on our servers, there are no uploaded files to delete.

Technical Issues
Quality depends on the source file. For best results: use original high-quality source files rather than already-compressed versions, ensure any images in the PDF are at 300 DPI or higher, and try our OCR tool on scanned PDFs to improve text recognition quality before converting.
Browser-based processing speed depends on your device's CPU and available RAM. Large or complex files may take longer on older devices. To improve speed: (1) close other browser tabs to free up memory, (2) use a smaller or simpler file if possible, (3) try Chrome or Firefox as they tend to have the best JavaScript performance. If issues persist, contact our support team.
Common causes: (1) the file is password-protected — use our Unlock PDF tool first, (2) the file may be corrupted — try our Repair PDF tool, (3) the file format is unsupported, (4) the file is too large for your device's available browser memory, (5) your browser may need updating. Check the specific error message displayed for guidance.
